Организационные и правовые аспекты участия Республики Казахстан в деятельности Организации «Исламская конференция»

Автор халықаралық келісімдердің жəне нормативтік актілердің зерттеу негізінде Қазақстан Республикасында Ислам банктерінің функциялауының құқықтық негіздерін, қызметінің артықшылықтарын жəне болашақтағы ынтымақтастық мүмкіндігін көрсетеді. ИКҰ ел мүшелерінің Шетел министрлігі Кеңесінің болашақта өтетін 38 сессиясына басты назар аударылды. ИКҰ құрылған мекемелердің түрлері қарастырылып, Қазақстан Республикасының нормативтік-құқықтық актілеріне талдау жүргізілді. Organization aspects of participating RK in the activity of Organization of the Islamic Conference have been analyzing in the article. The author researches legal principles of Islamic banks activity in the RK on the basis of normative acts considering and international cooperation’s. The privileges of Islamic banks activity in Kazakhstan and further cooperational opportunities are shown. In the article the attention is paid on the future holding of the 38th session of Ministers of Foreign affairs union for counties participating in the Organization of the Islamic Conference in the RK. At the same time types of organizations created by OIC have been considering in the article. Normative-legal acts of RK which have been changed by the questions of the financing OIC are analyzed.
