Abstract

Құқық қағидалары адам құқығы мен азаматтық қоғамның негізі ретінде зерттелді. Адам құқығының тео- риясы азаматтық қоғамның құқықтық мемлекеттің негізгі институттары ретінде талданылады. Азаматтық қоғам институттарының дамуындағы жалпы құқықтық қағидалардың рөлі анықталды. Азаматтық қоғам мəні жəне оның саяси-құқықтық негізіне талдау жасалған. Қазақстандық азаматтық қоғамның дамуы мен қалыптасу кезеңдеріне арналған ғылыми əдебиетке шолу жасалған. The principles of law as, the basis of human rights and civil society are investigated. The theory of human vights as a basic institution of civil society and rule of law is analyzed. Human rights are considered as a foundation of civil society in modern Kazakhstan. The role as general legal principles in the development of civil society institutions is defined. The essence of civil society and his politicaelegal bases are opened. The survey of the scientific sources, dedicated of the stages of information and development of civil institutes in the context of the sociopolitical development of Kazakhstan society is achieved.
