Особенности подготовки социальных работников к гендерной работе с семьей

Abstract

«Гендерология жəне феминология» курсы əлеуметтік салаға кəсіби мамандарды дайындауға бағытталған. Арнайы курс мазмұнында гендерология мен феминологияның ғылымның əлеуметтік- педагогикалық бағытында жеке сала болып қалыптасуының алғышарттары айқындалған. Курсты оқу нəтижесінде болашақ əлеуметтік қызметкерлер əйелдер мен отбасында гендерлік жұмыстарды жүргізудегі білімдер мен əдістерді игеріп, дискриминация мен зорлық жағдайларында дұрыс шешім қабылдап жəне қиын өмір жағдайына душар болған əйелдерге əлеуметтік көмекті көрсетуді қамтамасыз ету əдістерін меңгереді. The proposed course in the article «Genderology and feminology» is intended for professional training of specialists of social sphere. Special course content reflects the social-historical preconditions of the origin of genderology and feminology as independent social and educational directions in science. As a result of studying the course, the future social workers will possess the knowledge, skills and abilities that allow to carry out gender work with women and family, properly evaluate and qualify the facts and circumstances of discrimination and violence, make the right decisions and professionally carry out social assistance to women in difficult life situations.
