The article is devoted to the knowledge of the conflict to resolve the forensic problems. Analysis of the conditions and circumstances of formation and development of the conflict stipulates the disclosure of the causal — effective conditionality of the crime development. The conflict is seen as a source of formation and development of the conditions and circumstances of the criminal situation, determining the mechanism of the search — cognitive activity of the subjects of evidence. Establishment of effective methods of exploration, means of search — cognitive activity connected to the issues of conflict interaction research of the subject of criminal activity, considered as a system of display of the dominant relations because of personal dominance.
