Международно-правовое регулирование трансграничного загрязнения окружающей среды

Abstract

Мақалада қоршаған ортаны трансшекаралық ластану (қауіпті қалдықтарды трансшекаралық тасымалдау, халықаралық көлдерді трансшекаралық əсер етудің) мəселелері қарастырылады. Қауіпті қалдықтарды трансшекаралық тасымалдауды бақылау туралы Базель Конвенциясының, халықаралық көлдерді жəне трансшекаралық су ағындарын пайдалану жəне қорғау туралы Хельсинки Конвенциясының жалпы ережелері талқыланады. In this article the questions of transboundary environmental contamination (the problems of transboundary transportation of a dangerous wastes, the problems of transboundary influence on the international rivers) are considered. Positions of the Basel Convention about the control over transboundary transportation of the dangerous wastes, the Helsinki Convention about the protection and the use of transboundary water currents and the international lakes are analyzed.
