Abstract

Мақалада шетел жəне қазақстандық авторлардың жұмыстары негізінде азаматтық қоғам теориясының тарихи дамуы жəне пайда болуы қарастырылған. Қазақстандық қоғамның əлеуметтік-саяси дамуы азаматтық институттардың негізінде жүзеге асады. In the article the origin and the historical development of the theory of civic community in the work of the Kazakhstan and foreign authors is examined. Is achieved the survey of the scientific sources, dedicated to the stages of formation and development of civil institutes in the context of the sociopolitical development of Kazakhstan society.
