Мақалада еңбек қатынастарының мазмұнын ашуға əрекет жасалған. Оның нышандары жəне құқықтық жақтары қарастырылған. Қазақстан Республикасының Еңбек кодексі негізінде еңбек қатынастарының туындау, өзгеру, тоқтатылу шарттары жан-жақты талданған. In the paper we tried to discover the concept of labor relations in the narrow and broad sense; considered signs of labor relations; a question about the rights of parties to labor relations. Paper is devoted to reveal the structure of labor relations; considered grounds for the emergence, change and termination of labor relations for the analysis of the Labor Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
