Природно-ресурсный потенциал как условие развития рекреационной сет

Abstract

Қазақстан əлеуметтік саясатының ерекшелігі халыққа салауатты өмір салтын қалыптастыру болып саналады. Осы мақсатқа жету рекреациялық бағыттағы кəсіпорындарға жүктеліп отыр. Рекреациялық жүйенің орналасуы мен дамуына аумақтың табиғи-ресурстық потенциалының ықпалы зор. Осыған байланысты мақалада табиғи компоненттердің сауықтыру жəне демалу мекемелерінің орналасуы мен дамуына үлкен ықпал ететіні зерттелген. Рекреациялық жүйенің дамуына негіз бола алатын көптеген алғышарттардың ішінде табиғи факторлар ерекше орын алады. Сондықтан рекреациялық шаруашылықтың «пирамидасы» табиғи-ресурстық потенциал негізінде құрылады. Халықтың əл-ауқатын, салауатты өмір салтын жақсарту мақсатында табиғи компоненттердің тиімді тұстарын игеру ашылып қарастырылған. Feature of social policy in Kazakhstan is caring about the health of its citizens. In solving this task a definite role is devoted to the businesses of recreational nature. In the formation and development of recreational network the natural-resource potential of the territory has the considerable importance. In the article the role of natural components in the formation and development of therapeutic and health-improving institutions is considered. Among the many preconditions that define the character of the development of ecreational network, natural factors are the main, around which the entire «pyramid» of recreational facilities is built. The article describes: the composition, particularly accommodation, nature of use of some natural components that can be used to improve well-being and health of people.
