Спорные вопросы квалификации преступлений в сфере выпуска и обращения ценных бумаг

Abstract

Мақала Қазақстан Республикасының заңнамасы бойынша құнды қағаздар түсінігіне арналған. Яғни ҚР АК 129-бабы 2-бөліміне сəйкес құнды қағаздарға акциялар, облигациялар т.б. түрлер жататындығы анықталып, осы салаға қатысты жасалған қылмыс түрлері жіктеліп, тер геу барысында туындайтын даулы мəселелер жан-жақты талданған. The article is devoited сriminal legal protection of the securities and the financial instruments. According to part 2 of the article 129 CCRK to securities are regarded of the shares the bonds and the others (different) of the tipes of the securities. The author considers the emission and no emission securities. The author makes a propose to bring (put) in Criminal code RK article about forgery and distribution of a bill.
