Abstract

В статье рассматривается причинная связь как основной признак в некоторых преступлениях. Освещается взаимосвязь причинно-следственной связи с институтом соучастия, стадией совершения, множественностью преступления. Также раскрывается значение причинной связи при квалификации отдельных видов преступлений, где она является признаком состава преступления.

This article is devoted to the causal nexus as the main sign in some crimes. The inter communication of the causal nexus with the institute of participation, wit the period of accomplishment (perpetration) of the crime with the plutaliby of the crime ase considered. The meaning of causal nexus is also considered at the gualifacation of the individual views of the crimes where it is the sign of composition (structuze) of the crite.
