Abstract

Мақалада ислам дінінің құндылықтары жайлы, олардың шариғат ережелерінің дұрыс атқарылуындағы ролі туралы жазылған. Мұнда исламның дін, өмір, парасат, ұрпақ жалғастыру, меншік сияқты басты элементтеріне назар аударылған. Аталған құндылықтар шариғаттың басты объектілеріне жатады. Елімізде ислам дінінің жаңғыруы, оның құндылықтарының қайта оралуы мұсылмандық-құқықтық мəдениеттің қоғамға қажеттілігін дəлелдеп отыр. In this article certain values of Islam are observed. The norms of shariat are based on providing regular function of Islam by protecting it. This article gives the characteristic of the bellowing basic Islam values such as religion, continuation of generation property. Mentioned above values consider to be main objects of protecting shariat. Islam revival in our country, returning to its values bring an attention to the question on a recognition of some the parties of musulman-legal culture including about their legislative fastening.
