Abstract

Мақалада тұлғаның жəне сотталған адамның құқықтық мəртебесінің арақатынасы мəселелері қарастырылады. Автор сотталғандардың арнайы құқықтық мəртебесі мен жал- пы тұлғаның мəртебесінің өзара байланысына, сондай-ақ сотталғандардың құқықтық жағдайының мазмұнына, заңнамалық анықтамасына талдау жасайды. The problem of correlation of the legal status of the individual and legal status of convicted person is considered in this article. The author analyzes the interrelation of the common status of the individual and special status of the convicted person, and also the content of the legal situation of the convicted person. The author also considers the legislative definition of the convicted people’s law position. He also offers the improvement of legislation regulating the law position of convicted people.
