Автор азаматтардың саяси құқықтары мен бостандықтарына талдау жасау барысында субъективті сайлау құқығына жəне сайлау құқығы, оның құқығының негізгі анықтамаларына сілтеме жасайды. Article is devoted disclosing of the legal maintenance of the political rights and freedom, their essence and realizations. At the analysis of the maintenance of the political rights and freedom of citizens the author refers to the subjective suffrage and definitions of the basic competences: the right to select (the active right) and the right to be the selected works (the passive right).
