Abstract

В данной статье рассматривается проблема языка, который является средством развития культуры, общения и справедливо признается основой развития нации во всем течении ее истории. Авторы утверждают, что несмотря на требование принятого закона «казахский язык — государственный язык», в обществе, не действует его механизм, особенно среди молодежи — казахский язык все же остается на втором уровне. Авторы статьи также рассуждают на тему — насколько близка нашему обществу идея о «трехъязычии».

This article regards the problem of language, which is a tool for cultural development and the development of communication, is rightly regarded as the basis for the development of the nation throughout the course of its history. In spite of the requirements of the law of the Kazakh language is a State language, we have said that Russian language international language. There is no requirement in the society; there is no mechanism of the law accepted by us. Especially among the youth, the Kazakh language is still at the second level. And there is a big problem about how our society the same with the idea of the President about third languages. We must understand that the level of the culture of language and its study is reflected in the activities of the society.
