Философская проблема общения в контексте стратегии демократической модернизации Казахстана

Abstract

Мақалада тілдесудің философиялық мəселесі қарастырылған. Оның өзектілігі Қазақстанның демократиялық модернизациясы процесімен, қоғамдағы демократиялық қатынастардың құрылуы жəне дамуымен байланысты. Тоталитарлық көзқарасты оның деструктивтілігін түсіну арқылы жəне жаңа көзқарастық бағдарларды талқылау арқылы жеңу қажеттілігі мақұлдануда. Тілдесу процесіндегі сенімге негізделген жəне ашық сұхбаттың конструтивтілігі туралы түсінік негізделуде. Қоғамдағы конструктивтік сұхбаттың маңызды шарттарына екі жақтың бір-біріне өзара сенімі, өзара қызығушылықтары, өзара құрмет пен өзара жауапкершілігі жатады.

The article deals with the philosophical problem of communication. Its relevance is associated with the process of democratic modernization of Kazakhstan, with the creation and development of democratic relations in society. Approved by the necessity of overcoming the totalitarian world through an understanding of its destructiveness and discussion of new ideological orientations. Substantiates the idea of a constructive trust and open dialogue in the process of communication. Important conditions for a constructive dialogue in society are mutual trust of the parties, mutual interest, mutual respect and mutual responsibility.
