Abstract

Қазақстан Республикасындағы Конституциялық Кеңес Қазақстан территориясындағы қабылданатын заңдар мен актілердің ҚР Конституциясына сəйкес келуін қамтамасыз ететін бақылаушы орган болып табылады. Конституциялық Кеңес азаматтардың құқықтары мен бостандықтарын қорғауда маңызды рөлге ие. Мақалада Конституциялық Кеңестің төрағасы мен мүшелерінің құқықтық мəртебесі мен құзыреті осы айтылған мемлекеттік органның қаншалықты қажетті екендігін сипаттайды. Конституциялық Кеңестің төрағасы мен мүшелері тек қана Конституцияны бастамашылыққа алып жəне мемлекеттегі ситуативті саясатының ықпалына мойынсұнбауы тиіс. The Constitutional Council in the Republic of Kazakhstan is the supervisory body in ensuring the conformity of laws and acts on the territory of Kazakhstan to the Constitution of RK. The Constitutional Council plays an important role in the protection of rights and freedoms of citizens. By examining and viewing legal status and competence of the chairman and the members of the Constitutional Council the article provides the importance of activity of such necessary public agency. The Chairman and the members of the Constitutional Council should be guided only by the Constitution and not be influenced by situational politics in state.
