Abstract

Мақала эмбрионның құқықтық мəртебесін анықтауға арналған. Эмбрион туралы мəселе заң жүзінде Қазақстан Республикасында ғана емес, шет мемлекеттерде де бір мағыналы шешімін таппай отыр. Автор, медицина саласында жоғары технологиялардың дамуына орай, эмбрион құқықтық қатынастардың субъектісі немесе объектісі болып табылады ма, кезінде эмбрионның мəртебесін анықтау бойынша əр түрлі білім саласында қалыптасқан ғалымдардың ғылыми ізденістерін, діни қағидалар бойынша көзқарастарды зерттеуге талпынған. Present article is devoted the problems of determining the legal status of the foetus. The question of the foetus legislation did not find a clear resolution, not only in Kazakhstan but also in foreign countries. Is the foetus subject or object of the relations, how to regulate the issues related to using the foetus and other issues become more urgent with the development of high technologies in the field of medicine. Author had a shot to investigate the existing scientific research of scientists from various disciplines, the views of religious dogma to determine the status of the foetus in the modern period.
