dc.description.abstract	On the basis of analysis of scientific literature, constituent documents of the European Union, as well as the decisions of the European Court of Justice an attempt is made to identify the main features of European law. This article is intended to consider the termination problems of «the European law», to discuss relationship with the concepts of «the law of the European Communities», «Law of the European Union», to analyze the characteristic peculiarities of the European Union law, to discover the fundamental principles of European law, which determine its specific legal nature.	ru_RU
