Abstract

Дəлелдеу субъектілерінің іздестіру-тану қызметінде жəбірленуші тұлғасын зерттеу қылмыс жасаған адамның анықталуына септігін тигізеді, себебі ол жəбірленушімен тікелей байланыс субъектісі ретінде танылады. The correlation of the criminal and the victim is reflected in the mechanism of criminal cause effect conditioning crime activity by the revealing the conditions and circumstances of the crime situation interaction. The victim as the object of a criminal infringement is the information base for organization of crime disclosing, investigation and prevention processes.
