Abstract

В данной статье рассматриваются вопросы правосознания как совокупности представлений и чувств, выражающих отношение людей, социальных общностей к действующему или же- лаемому праву. Через правосознание происходит усвоение и определенных ценностных ориен- таций субъектов в обществе. Правосознание как бы пронизывает весь механизм правового регулирования и правового воздействия на общественные отношения. In this article is considered questions of sense of justice as sets of representations and the feelings expressing the relation of people, social societies to operating or wished the rights. Through sense of justice there are mastering and certain valuable orientations of subjects in society. The sense of justice as though penetrates all mechanism of legal regulation and legal influence on public relations. In Kazakhstan are spent different programs directed on increase sense of justice of society.
