Некоторые вопросы модернизации системы профессиональной подготовки педагогических кадров

Abstract

Мақалада еліміздің 12 жылдық білім беруге көшу қарсаңында педагог кадрларды кəсіби даярлау жүйесін модернизациялау мəселелері бойынша жүргізілген ғылыми-педагогикалық зерттеулер нəтижелері баяндалады. Сонымен қатар педагог кадрларды кəсіби даярлаудың басым бағыттары негізделген, олар: бəсекеге қабілетті маман даярлау бойынша автордың көзқарасы ұсынылған; жоо-да кредиттік оқыту жүйесі бойынша оқыту əдістемесі жазылған; 12 жылдық білім беру қарсаңында педагог кадрларды мамандықтарына сай кəсіби даярлаудағы оқу-əдістемелік əдебиеттер мен пəннің оқу-əдістемелік кешендерінің мазмұны ашылып көрсетілген. This article presents the results of scientific and pedagogical investigation on the modernization of professional training of pedagogical personnel in the Republic of Kazakhstan during the transition to 12-years of education. It justified the priority areas to improve the system of professional training of pedagogical personnel: the author's point of view is represented at competitive specialists:work experience is described by the university credit system of education, the contents of educational and methodical literature (EML) and the educational and methodical complex of discipline (EMCD) in the field of university based on professional training of pedagogical personnel in the transition to 12-years of education and direction of specialization are disclosed.
