| dc.description.abstract | In the article attention is paid to the country in which the fight against corruption has gained a national scale and has been going on 18 years since the introduction of this problem in the legal field. The history of the Republic of Kazakhstan in combating corruption. Attention is given to articles of the Criminal Code and the Code of Administrative Offences of Kazakhstan indicating the characteristics and types of punishment for corruption crimes and offenses.
