| dc.description.abstract | Мақалада «мəліметтер», «ақпарат» жəне «білім» ұғымдарын қалыптастыру арқылы білім- нің өнімдік базасын құрудың негізі болған білім семантикасын бағалау алгоритмі ұсынылады. Мұнда білім семантикасы ақпаратты ақпараттық бірлік деп аталатын контексте (мəнмəтінде) суреттейді. Forming the notions of «data» «estimitation» and «knowledge» the algorithm of estimitation of knowledge semantics that had been being the basic of creating production base of knowledge is proposed in the given work. In this case the knowledge semantics represents an information in context so-called an information unit. | ru_RU |
