Криптобионты бриофауны Карагандинской области

Abstract

Мақалада Қарағанды облысының мүктерінде тіршілік ететін криптобионтты омыртқасыздар туралы мəліметтер келтірілген. AxioVision бейнелерді өңдеу бағдарламасымен облыстағы мүктер микрофаунасын зерттеу мүмкіндіктері бағаланған. Жұмыр құрттар мен тардиградалар микрофлорасын зерттеудің өзіне тəн ерекшеліктері сипатталған. BinaLogic-6XB-PC микроскопының көмегімен Mintron фотокамерасы арқылы түсіріліп алынған жануарлардың суреттері көрсетілген. Polytrichum commune мүктерінде тіршілік ететін түрлер туралы мəліметтер берілген. This article has the results of researches of kriptobionts invertebrates in the mosses of Karaganda region. The possibilities of researches of mosses’ microfauna by means the program of processing image AxioVision were estimated. Prominent features of methods for studying of roundworms and tardigrads microfauna were described. The animals microphotos were received on microscope BinaLogic-6XB-PC by the help of digital camera Mintron. There are two species of tardigrads and three species of bdelloid rotifers in the microcenosises of mosses Polytrichum commune were defined.
