Abstract

Статья посвящена анализу правового статуса депутатов маслихатов в Республике Казахстан как пред- ставителей народа. Депутат определяется как выборный представитель населения в органах власти, лицо, избранное членом представительного органа власти. Он непосредственно представляет интере- сы населения, поскольку речь идет о правовом положении его представителей в органах государ- ственной власти, призванных в максимальной степени выражать разнообразные интересы населения. This article analyzes the legal status of deputies of maslikhats in Kazakhstan as representatives of the people. MP is defined as the elected representative of the people in government, the person elected as a member of the representative body of power, it directly affects the interests of the population, since it is the legal status of its representatives in the organs of state power, designed to maximize the express diverse interests of the population, this is one of the expression of representative democracy.
