Abstract

Машина жасау кəсіпорнының өндірістік бағдарламасының қалыптасу механизмінің күрделілігіне көңіл бөлінген. Машина жасау зауытының өндірістік бағдарламасының қалыптасу үрдісінде басқару шешімдерінің рөлі мен маңызы ашылып көрсетілген. Басқару шешімдерінің екі категорияның біреуіне енетіндігі, бағдарланатын немесе бағдарланбайтын категорияға жататындығы айтылған. Басқару шешімдерін қабылдаудың əрбір ахуалы ақпараттың қолжетімдігі жəне таңдаудағы сəтсіздіктер ықтималдығы тұрғысынан сипатталатындығы көрсетілген. Машина жасау кешені кəсіпорындарында өндірістік бағдарламалар қалыптастыруда шешімдер даярлау жəне оларды жүзеге асыру механизмін жетілдіруге бағытталған басым бағыттарын алдын ала таңдаудың маңыздылығы негізделген.

The attention to complexity of the mechanism of formation of the production program of the machinebuilding enterprise is paid. The role and value of administrative decisions in the course of formation of the production program of machine-building factory are allocated. It is noticed that the administrative decision gets to one of two categories: it can be either programmed, or not programmed. It is underlined that each situation of acceptance of the administrative decision can be characterized from the point of view of availability of the information and probability of an unsuccessful choice. Scientifically well-founded recommendations directed on improvement of mechanisms of development and realization of administrative decisions at formation of the production program at the enterprises of a machine-building complex are offered. Importance of realization of a preliminary choice of priority directions of perfection of the organization of manufacture and sale of production by factory in branch and regional cuts is proved.
