Маркетингті жоспарлау жəне ағымдық қаржылық жоспарлар жасау мəселелеріне айрықша көңіл бөлінген. It is devoted to problems of the organization of planned activity at the building enterprise. The major theoretical aspects of modern planning are considered. Kinds of administrative decisions which should be solved within the limits of strategic planning reveal. The structure of sections of the current plan of the building organization is studied. The special attention is given to questions of planning of marketing and working out of current financial plans. The sequence which should be maintained by working out of business plans is allocated. The variant of the scheme of working out of the business plan of building production is resulted.
