Abstract

Қазіргі таңда дəлелдемелерді бағалау мəселесі үлкен өзектілікке ие. Осыған орай автор дəлелдемелерді ішкі сенім бойынша бағалауға үлкен назар аударып отыр. Қазақстан Республикасының қылмыстық іс жүргізудегі ішкі сенім талабын анықтау өте қиын. Аталған мəселені жетілдіру жолдарын қорытындылай отырып, ішкі сенімнің ұғымы, мазмұны жəне талабы қарастырылады. Ішкі сенім бойынша бағалау барысында дəлелдеу субъектілеріне қандай талапты басшылыққа алу қажеттілігі ескертіледі. At present, more relevant are the issues related to the assessment of evidence. Therefore, in this article, the author pays much attention to assessing the evidence on inner conviction. In criminal procedure of Republic Kazakhstan it is difficult to set the criteria of internal persuasion. An author on the basis of own conclusions offers the ways of perfection on this issue and exposes a concept, maintenance and criteria of internal persuasion. An author shows what requirements the subjects of proving must have at the estimation of proofs on internal persuasion.
