Abstract
This article analyzes the Brazilian Constitution of 1988. Formulated stages of the Brazilian Constitution,
however, the role and place of the Constitution so far as the basis of all the laws of Brazil. The author
examines the structure and basic principles of the Constitution, the basic right to judicial protection, access to
information, basic rights and guarantees in relation to the prosecution of state action - criminal law, freedom
of assembly and association, etc.
