Іс жүргізу тəртібін бұзушылықтарының белгілі себептерін талдаумен байланысты емес, заңнаманы сақтау жөніндегі кепілдіктерді қатайтатын ережелер мен талаптарды арттыру күтілетін нəтиже бермей, қылмыстық іс жүргізу заңнамасының дамуын бұрыс жаққа бағыттайды. Құқыққолданушылық тəжірибесінің заңнамаға кері əсері зерттеліп, құқыққа түзету енгізелген. The article presents several author abstracts of the reasons for the adoption of various procedural decisions. The author proposes to focus research on the laws of criminal procedure law enforcement. Increasing regulations and rules will toughen safeguards to comply with the law outside the context of the analysis of the obvious, lying on the surface, the causes of violations of any remedial order does not bring the desired effect and shifts the development of the criminal procedure law in the wrong direction.
