Abstract
In this work the interaction between quercetin and zirconium (IV) ions was studied in water-ethanol medium.
The optimal conditions of the complex formation were found for the system: quercetin – zirconium – water –ethanol by using spectrophotometric method. The time and solvent dependences were evaluated.
