Realizacja każdego etapu jest reprezentowana przez sekwencję działań mających na celu ukształtowanie i rozwój głównych elementów strategii rozwoju technologicznego. Ujawnia również narzędzia zapewniające równowagę czynników zewnętrznych i wewnętrznych w realizacji strategii rozwoju technologicznego.ru_RU
