| dc.description.abstract | The corpuscular-optical parameters of the mirror analyzers based on hexapole-cylindrical field were determined by the approximate analytical method of the charged particles' trajectories calculation. The analysis of the characteristics of the systems with different contributions of cylindrical field and hexapole is given. Amidst the schemes, calculated earlier, there was selected one system which is more optimal by its parameters. | ru_RU |
