| dc.description.abstract | The article is devoted to the development of the mirror energy analyzer based on the electrostatic nonuniform quadrupole-cylindrical field. The motion of charged particles in the quadrupole-cylindrical field is investigated. Focusing properties of the electron-optical scheme of the energy analyzer are determined. The regime of the “ring-ring” type second-order angular focusing is found. The instrumental function of the device is obtained. | ru_RU |
