dc.description.abstractТүрлендірген көмірсутектердің натрий гуматының су ерітінділерінің құрылым үрдісі зерттелген. Көмірсутек ықпалы оның құрылымына байланысты. Көмірсутек құрамының көтерілуі араласқан ерітінділердің жабысқақтығының жоғарлауына əсер етеді, құрылымы жəне құру уақыттың азаюы натрий гуматы гелінің берік болуынан. Түрлендірген көмірсутектердің моносахаридтерден дисахаридтерге ауысуы күшейтіледі. There were studied the processes of gelation of sodium humate aqueous solutions at the presence of carbohydrates. It is established that the presence of carbohydrates determines their structure. The increase of carbohydrates content results in the increase of dilute solutions viscidity, reducing the structuring time and forming more durable gels of sodium humate. The modifying action of carbohydrates increases in transition from monosaccharides to disaccharides.ru_RU
