Роль и значение конституционных принципов

Мақала конституциялық қағидаларды тиімді пайдалану мен олардың мəніне қатысты теоретикалық жəне тəжірибелік мəселелерге арналған. Автор конституциялық қағидалардың құқықтық механизмдегі рөлі мен мəнін толығымен ашып көрсеткен. Сонымен қатар Қазақстан Республикасының қазіргі таңдағы дамуындағы конституциялық қағидалардың алатын орнын құқықтық тұрғыда айқындаған. The article is devoted to the research of the theoretical and practical problems of the essence and effective use of the constitutional principles. The author discovers the role and the importance of the constitutional principles in legal mechanism. In article an author approves that constitutional principles is a very important constitutional law category. The author concludes that the modern development of the RK is impossible without the realization of the constitutional principles.
