Автор отбасы құқығын құқықтың, ғылымның, заңнаманың дербес саласы ретінде анықтайды. Қазіргі кезеңдегі отбасы құқығы өз- герістерге ұшырауда, осы орайда автор отбасы-неке заңнамасының одан əрі дамуына əсер ететін фак- торлар ретінде мемлекетте ойластырылған отбасылық жəне гендерлік саясат жүргізілуі тиіс деп есеп- тейді. Article is devoted development of the family right as independent branch of the right and a science, its place in system of the branches right, to its value during the modern period. The author defines the family right as independent branch of the right, a science, the legislation. The family right of the modern period undergoes changes, thereupon the author considers, that in the state there should be a thought over family and gender policy as the factors influencing on the further translational development of the family-marriage legislation.
