The paper presents the results of the computer modeling of the behavior of nematic liquid crystals in the presence of single-walled nanotubes. It was found that the behavior of non-polar liquid crystals molecules corresponds to Fredericks transitions. It is shown that carbon nanotubes enhances the liquid crystals ordering. The inversion of influence of electric field on this process is possible by decreasing the electronegativity. The appearance of biaxial states was foundru_RU
