dc.description.abstractThis article defines the main objectives, principles and activities of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the frame- work of the Millennium Declaration, which sets out the basic objectives of the Millennium Development Goals: eradicating extreme poverty and hunger, universal primary education, gender equality and empower women, reduce child mortality, maternal health, the fight against diseases of the century, environmental sus- tainability and global partnership for development. As a regional economic leader, Kazakhstan considers par- ticipation in international efforts to help the global development of an essential element of its foreign policy.ru_RU
