Системный анализ как конструктивное направление исследования процессов управления

Abstract

Жүйелі талдаудың ілімдік тұстары зерттелген жəне оның басқа да ғылыми бағыттар арасындағы алатын орны анықталған. Жүйелі талдаудың түпкі мақсаты көрсетілген. Жүйелі талдау бағдарламасына енетін сұрақтар тізілімі келтірілген. Кəсіпорын қызметін жүйелі талдау мақсаттарына қол жеткізуге жағдай жасайтын жəне талдау мақсаттарына кедергі келтіретін факторлар жүйеленген. Кəсіпорынның шаруашылық қызметін жүйелі тұрғыдан талдаудың принциптері баяндалған. Кəсіпорынды ресурстардың кіру, түрлендіру жəне шығу үдерістерінің жүйесі ретінде қарастырып, оның сипаттамаларын қарастыруда жүйелі талғаудың маңыздылығы дəлелденген. Жүйелі тұрғыдан талдау кəсіпорынның сыртқы ортасының нақты факторларының бір-бірімен өзара байланысын білдіретіндігі көрсетілген.

Theoretical aspects of the system analysis are studied and its place among other scientific directions is defined. The ultimate goal of the system analysis reveals. The list of the questions included in the program of the system analysis is given. Ordering of the factors promoting achievement of the purpose and interfering achievement of the purpose of the system analysis of activity of the enterprise is made. It is proved that at the system approach the great value gets studying of characteristics of the enterprise. Principles of the system approach to the analysis of economic activities of the enterprises are stated. It is proved that at the system approach the great value gets studying of characteristics of the enterprise (organization) as systems, that is an input, process and an exit. It is shown that the system approach allows to consider interrelations between system elements, that is the enterprises, and concrete factors of environment in their interrelation.
