dc.description.abstractThe effect of silver nanoparticles on the optoelectronic and photoelectric properties of a nanocomposite material based on graphene oxide (GO) and TiO2 was studied. It was shown by electron microscopy and Raman spectroscopy that during hydrothermal synthesis, A TiO2–GO nanocomposite material is formed as a result of the hydrothermal synthesis, as shown by electron microscopy and Raman spectroscopy. The absorption spectrum of the nanocomposite is shifted to the long-wavelength region relative to the absorption spectrum of TiO2. The current–voltage characteristics of photodetectors based on TiO2–GO nanocomposite films without Ag nanoparticles and TiO2–GO nanocomposite films with addition of Ag nanoparticles increase relative to the current–voltage characteristics of pure titanium dioxide by factors of 2 and 7.5, respectively. The optoelectronic parameters of the relevant devices also increase, which is associated with an increase in the mobility of charge carriers in nanocomposite films.ru_RU
