Some features of formation and use of versions

Abstract

The key step of the investigator during the inspection activities is the extension and validation investigative leads. Features of versions at this stage of the investigation is their multi-variant, permanent character, the ability to check directly with the inspection of the scene. Their significance consist of: a) determining the range of circumstances to be established and objects requiring the search; b) establishing links between identified, its place and role in the events, evidence-based and tactical value; c) the timely planning of urgent investigative actions and operative-search measures to facilitate collection of information.
