dc.description.abstractThree stages of formation of plasma coatings were considered. In the first stage of nucleation of a new phase proposed to account for the size dependence of the surface energy. The equation for the third stage of coating formation was obtained. The formation occurs by plasma coating autowave law that corresponds to self substances. Methods for analyzing the conditions of formation of dissipative structures in the formation of plasma coatings were offered.ru_RU
