In the given article on the basis of the analysis of international legal documents and regulatory legal acts of some countries citizenship principles as the basic beginnings, a legal status of the person defined in a constitutional law science are considered. Authors prove and give conclusions and offers directed on perfection of principles of the Kazakhstan citizenship as constitutional law institute.ru_RU
