Realization of management functions in distance learning

Abstract

This article examines distance learning, which is now a promising direction of development of the national education system. The authors analyze the functioning of the system of distance learning in close connection with the implementation of the management functions, as distance learning, as well as other types of training, has the organization a training and methodological support, his selection, structuring, organization of educational process, monitoring of students' knowledge. The authors consider the following management functions: planning, organization, motivation and control.
