Мақала жалпы үлестік меншік құқықтық қатынастарының үрдісіндегі соңғы сатысы ретінде тоқтатуды қарастыруға арналған. Жалпы үлестік меншік құқықтық қатынастардың тоқтатылу жағдайлары мен негіздеріне талдау жүргізілді. Құқықтық қатынастарды жүзеге асыру сатысы мен тоқтатылу сатысын ажырату, жалпы үлестік меншік құқықтық қатынастардың тоқтатылуының екі нысаны негізделеді: жою мен қайта құрылымдау. Оның мəнісі, іс жүзінде болған құқықтық қатынастардың элементтерін сақтау негізінде, жаңа субъектінің қатысуымен пайда болатын жаңа құқықтық қатынастың туындауымен бір мезгілде тоқтату болып табылады. The scientific article is devoted to consideration of termination as finishing stage in existence of legal relation of the general share property. The conditions and bases of the termination of legal relation of general share property are analyzed. The differentiation of stages of realization of legal relation and stage of its termination is proved. The presence of two forms of the termination of legal relation of the general share property is given reason: liquidation and transformation, which essence consists in the termination of existing legal relation with simultaneous occurrence on the basis of the elements which have remained it of new legal relation of the same kind, but with participation of the new subject.
