АВТОМАТИЗИРОВАННАЯ УСТАНОВКА ДЛЯ ИЗМЕРЕНИЯ УДЕЛЬНОГО СОПРОТИВЛЕНИЯ И ЭФФЕКТА ХОЛЛА

Abstract

Мақалада іске асырылған автоматтандырылған эксперименталдық қондырғының нəтижеле- рі ұсынылған. Өлшеуіш құрылғы қалыңдығы 5 мм пластина жəне пленка тəрізді үлгілерді Холл эффектісін жəне бөлектенген кедергіні өлшеуге мүмкіндік береді. Өлшеу төрт зондылық əді- сімен өткізілді. Заттың жəне қондырғының құрамы қарастырылған. Өлшеу жүйенің негізіне келесілер кірді: зерттеу затқа қосылатын тұрақтандырылған қоректендіру, зондтар қосы- латын əр түрлі комбинациялық коммутация блогы, өзгеретін көбейткіш коэффициенті, өл- шеу көбейткіш жəне компьютермен екі жаққа нəтижемен айырбастау қондырғының жұмы- сын басқару микроконтроллерлік блогы. Өлшеу LabVIEW программасы тілінде жазылды. In the given work results of designing and manufacture of the automated experimental installation are presented. Installation allows to make measurements of specific resistance and effect of the Hall of film samples and plates in the thickness no more, than 5 mm. Measurements are made with the help 4- wire a measurement method. The device of installation and a design of the holder of samples is described. A basis of measuring system make: a source of the stabilised supplay voltage submitted on studied the sample, the block of switching of various combinations of connection of probes, the measuring amplifier from variables in factor of strengthening and microcontroller block of management of work of installation with double-side data exchange with the personal computer. The software for carrying out of measurements is written in the environment of designing LabVIEW.
