Abstract

В статье рассматривается важность места таможенного органа в системе органов, обеспечивающих государственную безопасность. Суверенитет Казахстана во внешней торговле, ведение независимой таможенной политики в соответствии с внутренней и внешней политикой в основном осуществляются органами таможенного контроля. Главная задача таможенного органа — контроль за перевозками то- варов и транспортных средств через таможенную границу. Место таможенных органов в государст- венных органах в первую очередь можно определить по виду исполняемой деятельности и по приори- тетным функциям. In article the author considers importance of a place of customs in system of organizations providing state security. The sovereignty of Republic of Kazakhstan in foreign trade, conducting an independent customs policy according to internal and foreign policy basically is carried out by organizations of customs control. The main task of customs is control over transportations of the goods and transpors through customs border. The place of customs in state structures first of all, can be defined by the form executed activity and by priority functions. The customs in this sphere execute their activity in interaction with other state structures of Republic of Kazakhstan.
