Abstract

Мақалада кəмелетке толмағандардың кəсіпкерлік қызметінің ең маңызды сұрақтары қарастырылады. Қазақстан Республикасының заңнамасында кəмелетке толмағандардың мүліктік қатынастарға кəсіпкерлік қызметтің субъектісі ретінде қатысуы еліміздің əлеуметтік-экономикалық жағдайына жаңаша өзгерістер алып келеді. Қазақстан Республикасының заңнамасында «эмансипация», яғни кəмелетке толмағандарды толығымен əрекетке қабілетті деп тану, институтының пайда болуы дамыған елдерге тəн маңызды институттардың бірі болып табылады. In given article pressing questions of business of minors are described. Sweeping changes in a social and economic structure of the country, which appear by the occurrence reason in the Kazakhstan legislation, supposing participation of minors in a property turn as subjects of enterprise activity are reflected. Occurrence in civil legislation Republic of Kazakhstan of institute of «emancipation» of the minors, inherent in laws and orders of the developed states, the permission the minor to be engaged with the consent of lawful representatives in enterprise activity on reaching sixteen years is disputable from labor law positions.
