| dc.description.abstract | The history of formation and development of the transport legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan is studied in the article. The author defines four stages that include different periods of the formation of the transport legislation of Kazakhstan. The prospects of the development of transport legislation of Kazakhstan Republic are analyzed and current state of transport legislation as well as a tendency of development of transport legislation as a complex branch of the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan are studied. | ru_RU |
